Bathtub Coating - 2-5 Year Limited Warranty

Coverage and Duration

Tub N' Crete Coatings provides a limited warranty for its bathtub coating services, 5 year warranty on occupied home owner or 2 year warranty on rental properties or or previously refinished applications covering defects in workmanship and material under normal use. This warranty is valid for a period of 2-5 years from the completion date of the service.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty ensures that the applied coatings will not peel, blister, or fail due to workmanship or material defects when used and maintained according to the care instructions provided at the time of service.

NO WARRANTY ON SINKS

Exclusions

Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper cleaning (including abrasive cleaners, suction-cup mats, or harsh chemicals).

Dropping objects, outside force, or impact damage (chips, cracks)

Issues caused by leaks, structural movement, or plumbing failures.

Normal wear and tear.

Leaving soap, bottles, or other items on the surface for long periods

Customer Responsibility:
Customer must follow the Care & Maintenance Guide provided at completion.

Remedy:
Tub N’ Crete Coatings will repair or recoat the affected area once at no charge if covered. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the original service. Please Email as soon if chipped from dropping objects.
